The uniform to be worn is the KCGA blue committee shirt, either
slacks or shorts (khaki or sand) and the white KCGA Tournament Official
hat or bucket hat. For consistency, please wear only this uniform.
In addition, please wear your committee name badge with the blue
lanyard.
Arrival Times of Officials
When you arrive please report to the Clubhouse.
The arrival time listed allows you to gather your volunteer packet,
radio, cart and prepare for your assignment. If you are unable
to make the event for any reason or will arrive late please call
the KCGA office at (913) 649-5242 ext. 3 or if it is after office
hours or the day of the event call (913) 484-1844.

Players Gathering - Sunday, October 12
All volunteers working at the matches are invited
to the Players Gathering on Sunday night at Mission Hills Country
Club. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. and be in the men's
grill.
